By purchasing one of our products, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
1.1 To place your order with John WIlman Ltd, simply select your chosen design and the dimensions you require. Once you have made your selections, click “add to basket” and your online basket will be updated accordingly. You can add more than one of the same product to your basket by selecting a number from the “quantity” drop-down menu.
1.2 Should you need to amend your quantities or remove an item from your online basket, you can do so at any time prior to checkout by clicking “ Edit Basket” in the top-right corner of the John Wilman website.
1.3 To complete your order, click “Checkout” and you will be guided through the payment process.
1.4 Once the checkout process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email
2.1 Payments made via the John Wilman website are processed via Stripe and can be made securely using a debit or credit card.
3.1 Once you have placed your order via the John Wilman website, you are legally permitted to cancel your order within 7 working days, unless any requested customisations to print or design have not commenced.
4.1 Once you have received your confirmation email, you can expect your order to be packaged carefully and securely, before being dispatched within X working days.
4.2 John Wilman Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third party couriers or postal services.
4.3. Any customs duties or taxes levied upon entry to the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
4.4 Once your order has been dispatched, you are entitled to inspect the products and return them in the original condition, should they not meet your requirements. This must be done so within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds on customised products are not available.
4.5 Products with apparent defects caused during the manufacturing process by John Wilman will be replaced or refunded.
4.6 Should products become unavailable within 30 days of your payment being processed, a later delivery date will be communicated or the order will be refunded
4.5. Any damage to the packaging of products incurred during transit, must be noted upon delivery and the delivery signed for as damaged.
5.1 John Wilman products should be inspected within a reasonable time period and done so prior to installation.
5.2 Refunds cannot be claimed once the product has been used or installed so the quality and condition of the product should be inspected carefully. Hanging costs will not be refunded.
5.2 During the printing process, minor variations in colour between different prints may occur. Replacements may be offered should it be agreed that such variations are significant and noticeable.
5.3 There may be variations in colours between on-screen product imagery and physical products. Should colour matching be essential, it is recommended that the customer request printed samples prior to purchasing. Refunds will not be offered on products with colour variations unless the customer requested and approved a printed sample before purchasing.
